Smart Arena Entertainment S.A.

Is the holding developer behind one of the region's most innovative entertainment infrastructure projects: Smart Arena Net Zeroa new district that seeks to position Paraguay as a regional hub for sustainable entertainment.

The project is conceived under Net Zero principles and ESG standards, integrating environmental sustainability, technological innovation, and urban development into a single world-class ecosystem.

One project, two phases.

Smart Arena is developed in two complementary phases:

The first, Music House, is a multipurpose venue with a capacity of 7,000 people, designed to begin operations in 2027. It will incorporate best-in-class sustainability practices and ESG criteria, offering high-quality acoustics, audience comfort, and technical standards suited for international shows and events. Music House is the first concrete step toward sustainable entertainment in Paraguay and the platform from which the Net Zero operating model will be validated.

The second phase is Smart Arena Net Zero (SANZ), an indoor arena with a capacity of 15,000 spectators, built to international sustainability standards, with the iconic architecture and technical level required to place Paraguay on the international touring circuit and attract major concerts, events, and global productions.

Technology & Sustainability

The complex will incorporate clean energy and energy efficiency, electric mobility with charging stations, advanced waste management, smart design and resource optimization — all within an infrastructure fully aligned with ESG criteria. Beyond events, the project envisions expansive green areas, public spaces, and commercial zones that bring together entertainment, tourism, retail, and unique urban experiences.

Heart of South America

he project will be developed in Nueva Asunción, near the Puente Héroes del Chaco bridge, driving the creation of a new entertainment and urban development district for the region. Its strategic location connects audiences from Paraguay and neighboring countries such as Argentina, Brazil, and Bolivia, within an influence radius of over 2.6 million people within approximately 50 km.
